Especially on the weekends, it feels so good, just putting up your feet on the centre table and settling in with a glass of wine. It is the best way to de-stress. Many people proclaim that Red wine is best when paired with cheese. To me, it’s paired best with pizza and a good show on Netflix.

If you enjoy sipping red wine, now is the time to reap the benefits. This habit could actually promote your health and longevity. Facts state that red wine drinkers have a 34% lower mortality rate than beer or any other hard liquor drinker.

Red wine is an alcoholic drink prepared by crushing and fermenting dark-colored, whole grapes. The most common varieties of red wine would include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot noir and Blend Red. The color of the wine may differ from brick red to deep purple because of the age of the wine. My relatives in Iran make wine at home during festive season, with grapes, yeast and rice flour. I still vividly remember having prepared a similar home made wine.

    Red wine is good for health. Wine is always better than bear or any other alcoholic drink. I do not consume any kind of alcohol but have seen people preferring wine. Infant a few drink a glass of red wine everyday mainly due t heath benefits.
