She operates her cooking classes from her house. She takes batches of less than 10 students on first cum, first serve basis. The timings are convenient, generally in the afternoons where housewives and other ladies can attend. I happened to take a class in baking tarts, pies, and quiche.

My Experience

Hadiya Handed out recipe sheets and started basically explaining what was in store for us that day. I was in for a pleasant surprise when she said it was a hands-on class and we would be also baking and making the pies and tarts with her. The Basic shortcrust pastry was fun to knead, lining the pastry tin, baking it in the oven was totally a pleasure. Each ingredient was weighed out and each step was explained with care. Just as I would teach my pre-school kids. Thank -you Hadiya for the wonderful experience.

Ingredients- All the ingredients are supplied by Hadiya Jumani and she is very lavish and generous in her helpings.
Easy to follow recipes- The recipes are given out to help understand better. Also clearly and concisely written recipes that make it easy for even a novice cook to follow.
Thumbs up- Hadiya is super talented.
She specializes in Kiddie classes too. ( cupcakes, desserts in jars)
Her very Talented Chef daughter helps her out at times. The added benefit of an expert Chef.
You get to taste your creations and carry home a box of goodies for your family.
She just doesn’t stop at baking cupcakes and desserts but also specializes in Mughlai gravies, Rotis and sizzlers.
